After a hurricane damaged the existing facilities we designed numerous improvements for KOA. They included a service building, renovation of the old store as an event space and elevating cottages. This main building houses the store, cafe, laundry, game room, offices and eight overnight suites. We also designed the zero-entry swimming pool and the spa.
